Lunch on the Slickrock Trail above Moab and near Shrimp Rock. This spot is fairly close to Mi Vida (the former house and now restaurant). It's also close to, oddly enough, a water park. Guess the tourists (we tourists?) need something to do in Moab besides getting out into the desert. Count me out! Outside that is--in the vast beautiful Moab desert.
